Rising 775 feet, the building combines contemporary architecture with refined interior finishes and sweeping views of Central Park and the Hudson River.

WTS Surface Professionals was brought in during the final phase to assist with punchlisting and last-stage surface work. Our team performed detailed wood floor repairs and touchups, refinished floors to restore a consistent sheen, and repaired window sills and other interior details throughout the building. The scope required precision craftsmanship and close coordination with on-site teams to ensure every apartment and common area met the high expectations associated with this landmark property.
