WTS partnered with the construction team at AURA in Long Island City, NYC to help bring this exciting new New York City residential building to completion. Our focus was on detailed punchlisting, high-quality touchups, and expert surface repairs that made every space feel brand new.

At AURA LIC, located in the heart of Long Island City, we worked quickly and efficiently with a small team across both the common areas and individual rental units. Our specialists repaired custom millwork, refreshed wall coverings, restored wooden panels and built-in cabinets, and carried out stone surface repairs—everything from chips to discoloration. By handling touchups and surface repairs instead of full replacements, we saved the construction team valuable time and money while still delivering finishes that looked flawless.

We also worked closely with the management team to secure their Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and then provided final punchlisting and ongoing touchups to get the building fully move-in ready. From lobby to hallways to residences, WTS made sure that every surface in this New York City project looked polished, consistent, and new.
