The Cortland Condominium

The Cortland, located at 555 West 22nd Street in West Chelsea, is a luxury residential building developed by Related and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig. With most units already sold, it has become one of the most sought-after properties in the area.

As the project neared completion, Related brought in WTS to perform punchlisting and final surface repairs to ensure buyers received flawless units. Our team handled detailed touchups and repairs on built-in cabinets and hardwood floors, repaired and refinished window frames and mullions, and addressed blemishes on metal surfaces, stone countertops, sinks, tubs, faucets, and door hardware.
